suggested Packing List

Here is a suggested packing list for your travel to Dominican Republic.

You can check Punta Cana’s weather forecast to prepare accordingly.

And while you’re packing, enjoy a mixed playlist of songs we’ll be singing at the conference and some great ‘going to the beach’ songs! The Spotify playlist can be found here.

Online Check-in

Participants can check-in online between 24 and 2 hours before your flight departs. It will expedite the process once you arrive at the airport and secure your seat on your flight. Here are the online check-in websites for each airline:

flight contact person

Each incoming flight to Punta Cana Airport with multiple participants will have a contact person in case of an emergency, for participants running late, for tight connection times or in need help with flight details upon arrival at the airport. They will be at your departure gate with a beautifully tacky flower necklace - give them a high-5 and say hi to your fellow conference participants!
