who can participate in this conference?

The conference's purpose is to encourage ordained and diaconal ministers currently serving in a PCC local church or chaplaincy. All programs and resources will be geared towards this audience. With a limit of 150 participants, we unfortunately cannot accommodate spouses, family and friends of ministers for the duration of the conference.

Can I extend my stay at the resort beyond the conference dates?

Yes, the conference price for accommodation is available three days before and after the conference. You can invite family and friends to join you at this time. If children are coming, arrangements will be made at the neighbouring family resort. No, all registration must go through the online form with a credit card payment. if you need assistance with the process or cannot fulfill the online process, please contact us and we will be glad to help find a solution.

Is there a way to register via mail or cheque?

Do I need a visa to travel to the Dominican Republic?

No visa is needed if you are a Canadian citizen. Dominican Republic visa is required for citizens of 95 other countries. More information can be found at visahq.ca. If necessary, please apply for a visa well in advance and contact us so we can assist you in the process.

Are there any health concerns when travelling to Dominican Republic?

Please see your doctor or visit a travel clinic at least 6 weeks prior to departure to determine if vaccinations are necessary for your travels. Refer to the resort location and dates of the conference for the most accurate plan.

Can I request a roommate?

In the spirit of the conference for greater fellowship, double occupancy rooms will be assigned at random. If there is a special rooming need, please make note of it in the comment section when you submit your flight information.
