The Presbyterian Pastor’s Conference is an opportunity for ministers and chaplains of the Presbyterian Church in Canada to pause in the midst of ministry and find encouragement for the road ahead. A time to refresh, reimagine, and reengage your calling to serve the Lord.

Many of us find ourselves in what we might describe as ‘the whirlwind of ministry’. Our days get packed and before we know it, our lives are packed. This conference is for ministers currently serving in congregations and chaplaincies who would like to unpack the busyness of their lives and create space for the work of the Spirit of God to renew, refresh, and reinvigorate us for the mission of God in the world. It is a time to step back, look at the larger picture and refocus our energy on the future that God has promised and is now creating.

The mornings will begin with worship and teaching from the letter to the Philippians. There will be ample free time during the day and presentations on various themes in the late afternoons, including:

  • Lived Theology

  • Leadership in the Church and Beyond

  • The Mission of the Church and the Church in Mission

  • Soul Care That Begins With Ourselves

The conference fee has been generously sponsored by churches and individuals who believe that ministry is a high calling and desire to support ministers in their vocation.

We hope you will join us at the PCC Pastors’ Conference in April 2019!
